Framed mill

The windmill of Garmerwolde with self-regulating sails invented and patented by Sir William Cubitt (1785–1861) who also invented the "prison treadwheel", a device which is no longer in use for punishment. Over the years the device transformed to the "treadmill", the exercise machine to hurt yourself.
